In the heart of the Lone Star State—where wide-open skies meet an independent spirit—a simple idea took shape: golf polos shouldn’t cost a hundred bucks to be good.

GUY was born on a sun-drenched Texas afternoon, standing on the fairway and asking the same question a lot of golfers were asking: When did a decent polo turn into a luxury item? Prices kept climbing. Designs stayed boring. And somehow, “premium” started meaning “overpriced.”

Founded by NASA engineers who are just as passionate about problem-solving as they are about golf, GUY exists to prove that quality, comfort, and personality don’t need a triple-digit price tag. Our mission is straightforward: make high-performance, seriously cool golf polos at an affordable price, without cutting corners where it matters.

To do that, we made a deliberate choice.

We want to be clear that while our team is based in Houston, TX, our polos are manufactured in China, working with experienced partners who specialize in performance fabrics and modern apparel production. That choice allows us to keep prices fair, quality high, and—just as importantly—move fast. Instead of mass-producing the same tired designs months in advance, we print to ship. That means we can create new designs on the fly, respond to your ideas, and support the wild, funny, bold, and custom requests that make this community what it is.

In short: you ask for it—we can make it.
