Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges:
It is our top priority that all customers are 100% satisfied when shopping Guy. If your order doesn't come out looking great and feeling great, please politely reach out to support@guyoutfitters.com within 14 days of delivery and we will support your return or exchange request happily. However, we ask that you please review the size chart if you are concerned about what size to order, this chart contains the exact manufacturers shirt measurements. Items must be unwashed and unworn in order to be eligible for a return. Shipping and handling for straight returns are to be covered by the customer, and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Replacements within the 14 day window are subject to a hassle free size or design swaps are eligible for a prepaid shipping label and no restocking fee. (We are making an Exception for the Holidays!!! Just email us at support@guyoutfitters.com)


Additional Policies:
If your order was lost in shipment, please get in touch with us, and we will issue a new replacement to be sent.
If your tracking information states your order has been delivered, but it is nowhere to be found, please contact us, and we'll do our best to resolve the situation before we consider a replacement to be sent.
If the package is lost due to the input of a wrong address or name, then we advise contacting your local post office for additional support, as we will not be able to issue a refund (a fee will be charged for replacements).
If your order was sent to a previously owned address, then we advise you to contact your local post office to request the package be forwarded to your new address.
If you refuse delivery of your order, we will not provide a refund.
